Download and complete the booking forms for each vehicle and its occupants and mail it to firstname.lastname@example.org,
accompanied with proof of payment for a 50% deposit of the full tour amount to confirm your reservation on a specific tour.
The balance of the full amount outstanding must be received no later than 30 days prior to departure for final confirmation.
If the full contracted price is not received 30 days before the departure date, the reservation may be cancelled and the deposit or whatever funds received from the agent / client may be retained.
When depositing fees to our account you must reference each individual payment as follows:
Combine your ( the tour organizer/agent or operator) first initial, surname and relevant tour departure date. This will greatly assist us to identify your payment and match it to your booking in order to confirm your reservation.
Any cancellation of a confirmed booking must be received in writing to the relevant reservations office.
In the event of cancellation, charges will be determined at the time of cancellation. The following is an indication of the cancellation charges which may be imposed:
Less than 60 days prior to departure: Deposit is forfeited.
Less than 30 days prior to departure: The full amount is forfeited.
Namab Desert Tours reserves the right to cancel advertised 4x4 trips due to a 8-20 pax minimum participation limit and a maximum 12 vehicles per exbidition.
